This is a very central hotel, close to more info new street station. The lobby, bars, and general communal areas in this hotel are very nice, done out to a great standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s great that there’s a swimming pool, which is rare in Birmingham city centre, it’s small but very nice with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

The room has a little kitchen which is an addition, also they have a launderette that you can use for free ???? (just bring you detergent). The breakfast is good as well with variety of pastries, hot and cold drinks, fruits.
